Ebony (Phase 1) is a residential project conceived by NM Associates, at the IAS/IPS colony in Manapakkam, Chennai. It is a residential development proposed on 7.75 grounds of land, consisting of 30 apartment units supported by a club house, gymnasium, extensive landscaped areas with herbal gardens, jogging tracks and secured children's play area.
The site is about 12 Km from the Central Business District, and close to the best hospitals and commercial centers, Chennai has on offer. The site is well connected by road and is just about 1.5km from the Mount Poonamallee High Road, which is a part of the Chennai – Bangalore Highway.
